Literacy Burst: Nurturing phonics and phonological awareness in intermediate classrooms

In this session we will share examples of how to nurture phonics and phonological awareness in intermediate classrooms, as well as strategies and routines for explicit instruction of these skills.

The first 15 minutes will be a sharing of strategies and routines. This part will be recorded. The second 15 minutes will be for questions and discussion. The video of the first 15 minutes will be shared with all registered participants after the event.

Registration is open to both English and French teachers.
